Dr. Brian Welle commits himself to delivering quality dental care and a higher level of skill and training to meet your individual needs. His dedication to long-term oral health, comprehensive treatment, and exceptional care of his patients distinguish him from other dentists.
A native of the area, Dr. Welle grew up in Lake Elmo and attended Mahtomedi High School. His interest in dentistry led him to the University of Minnesota Morris, where he graduated with a BA in Biology. He continued his education by earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Minnesota Dental School, where he was recognized for his outstanding emergency endodontics (root canals) achievements. In 2007, Dr. Welle was 1 of 5 in the U.S. chosen for a general practice residency at Hennepin County Medical Center. After a year in his residency, he accepted an associateship in New Hope, where he practiced for five years.
Today, Dr. Welle is excited to be leading an exceptional team at Mahtomedi Family Dental.
When he's not taking care of patients, Dr. Welle enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. You might find him either on the softball field with his daughter or on the golf course with his son. The family also loves to spend time at their cabin or traveling.
