Kyle was born and raised in Hawaii. Originally from Kaneohe, he graduated from Hawaii Baptist Academy in 1998. He studied dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska where he received his Doctorate in Dental surgery from Creighton University. He enjoys spending time with his two children, Stella and Max, and two dogs, Wilbur and Bitsy.
